Steve
Johnson co-founded Accordance USA
in 2004 as a premier supplier of total
data protection products. Steve brings
over 20 years experience in the computer
industry contributing to the growth
and profitability startup computer
hardware and software companies. Steve
held executive management and board
of director positions with Microware
Systems Corporation and SNAP2 Corporation
helping each company increased earnings
and become public. He holds a BS in
Electrical Engineering from the University
of Minnesota.

Alan
Grau has 15 years experience in the
telecommunications, embedded systems
and hi-tech computing marketplace.
Alan’s current position is Vice President
of Business Development for Accordance
Systems I. Alan's previous position
was President of Icon Laboratories,
an embedded systems development company
co-founded by Alan. At Icon, Alan
transitioned the company to a services
and products model and grew the company’s
revenues 690% from 1996 to 2001. Before
coming to Icon, Alan was employed
in key technical and management positions
with Motorola and AT&T Bell Laboratories.

David
West has more than 20 years experience
in embedded and real-time systems
with emphasis in project management,
system implementation, development,
and deployment. He has a strong background
in control and monitoring systems
in the US and overseas. Proven results
in systems development and project
management for major companies worldwide
including projects for Motorola, Philips
BV, Sony, Panasonic, Ricoh, General
Instruments, Tellabs, Matsushita,
and Westell.
